50% deposit to start.
The deposit and complete materials are required before the agreed production schedule begins. Client review time and scope changes may extend the schedule. Delivery milestones are confirmed in writing.
Before we begin.
One product, one color, one language
Base pricing covers one product, one color and one language. Additional SKUs, color variations and language versions are quoted separately. A+ image sizes, module layouts and mobile adaptations are agreed before production.
Modeling, scenes & additional production
Standard modeling and scene requirements are defined in the written quote. Complex structures, special effects, additional scenes and expanded deliverables are priced separately.
Reviews & revisions
We confirm selling points, visual direction and, for films, the storyboard before full production. Two consolidated revision rounds cover refinements within the approved scope. Changes to an approved direction or script are re-quoted. Production errors are corrected without using your revision allowance.
Payment, scheduling & delivery
A 50% deposit and complete product materials are required to confirm the schedule. The balance is due before final, watermark-free delivery.
Source files, licensing & confidentiality
Source files, 3D models and animation project files are quoted separately on request. Usage rights and music licensing are confirmed in writing. Unreleased product materials remain confidential, and portfolio use requires client permission.
Invoices & pricing
Published starting prices exclude invoicing surcharges. Add 3% for a standard VAT invoice or 5% for a special VAT invoice. These are price surcharges, not stated invoice tax rates. The final invoiced amount, invoice type and applicable tax details are confirmed in writing.
